Fish recipes for unadventurous eater, want him to try new foods?!

Question:

Fish recipes for unadventurous eater, want him to try new foods?

I am looking for fish recipes, for someone who is new to eating fish.

He doesn't really eat fruit or vegetables, he likes curries and american style food.

Any ideas? Thanks

Answers:

Steamed White Fish with White Wine and Saffron

1x white fish fillet per person (Cod, Hake or something like that)
1x glass good strong white wine (Chardonnay for example)
pinch saffron
Parsley, fresh roughly chopped

Put the saffron in the glass of wine to steep and inpart the srong colour and flavour to the wine.
Make a fluid tight envelope from silver foil.
Place some of the parsley in the envelope with a pat of butter/margerine and a little salt and pepper
Place the fish on the parsley
Holding the envelope upright add half the wine/saffron to each envelope and seal tight.

Place on a hot baking tray and put in a 200C oven/ gas 4 or 5 for about 20mins.

Serve with fresh new potatoes and steamed fresh vegetables and the rest of the bottle of wine.

As an extra you could add 6 fresh muscles to the envelope if you want. Make sure they are de-bearded and close when you tap them before you cook them and don't eat any that are not open after cooking.
