I am planning to go to a Vietnamese restaurant on Saturday night,can anyone tell me what the food is like pls?

It's in Felixstowe, to be exact.

Well, I used to live and work with Vietnamese for the best part of four years and we ate Vietnamese (food) every day.

Best way to describe it is sweet and spicy, very fresh.

Lots of noodles are the staple and pork and chicken are what are eaten predominantly, and lots of veggies. I loved it. Unfortunately I was not often in the kitchens as I would love to emulate it, but have never come near.
