allergic... hmmm it goes away after a while, like when I have a drink. could it be a reaction between the saliva and the sugar?
Answers:
I know what you're talking about. It has nothing to do with being allergic. Maybe since chocolate is an alkaline it reacts with your saliva which is acidic. Or it could be that the alkalinity of the chocolate that remains in your throat can cause a buring sensation.
