If I mail fudge in a tin, what are the chances of it melting?!

Question:

If I mail fudge in a tin, what are the chances of it melting?

Answers:

With summer, it is very likely. It will have to be packed with a few cold packs. Dry ice works wonders with it. Just place a bit at the bottom of a styrofoam cooler (a small one) they are only like a dollar or two. Place the dry ice in that or the cold packs and place the tin inside with them. Then tape it tightly and place the small cooler inside a regular box and mail it. It will be cheaper if you take the cooler to the post office and let them get a box to fit it. Mail trucks are not refridgerated or anything similar to it. And the mail sometimes sits outside in a secure place for a few hours. If you do not want to do this, just freeze the fudge inside the tin and have it overnighted.
