Recently, i have been trying to be healthier, its not that I am fat, I just want to be healthy and happy :D!?

I am 5"4' and wiegh around 120-115 punds. I am a stick , but I have terrible eating habbits.What i am looking for are some tips. What are some good foods to substitute for junk food? Other than just fruit. What are some good ways to fight cravings? What is the best thing to do, to stay on track? Thank you so much.

Honey, the best way to stay healthy and loose weight is to excercise and drink plenty of water. If you are eating your fruits and vegtables and cutting down (not out) on the fried foods and starches, that should do it. I have been alittle over weight my whole life, but I am very active. I play sports and I get in a few tournaments every once in a while. I can still beat my teenagers at what I do best. Get active, you'll feel better, and when you get that matablism up the weight will come off the healthier way. And for Gods sake don't starve yourself, that never works.
