Ordinary Blender Vs Food Processor?
Personally i have never had a food processor and other than seeing the occasional ad on tv, i have no clue what they do. My hubby is wanting to get a blender which we can make a milkshake and also make pastes from garlic, ginger, onion etc. The blender we had didnt seem to be that good when it came to that and its gone belly up now anyway!!! We dont need one of those ultra tech ones that does it all..so what can you recommend?

Go for Stick, if your like me and you use them fairly frequent do a "middle" price tag, you don't have to pay the earth. My "stick blender"was ￡20.00 it came with balloon whisk attachment also a blade & bowl for chopping garlic ginger onions etc., complete with wall bracket from the maker - "Bush", I can honestly say it earns it's keep and has paid for itself over & over.
