Is artificial sweetner bad for you?

I have read a lot of contradictory information about artificial sweetners. I gave up and decided I would rather have 2 calories than 200 so forget the consequences I am for diet drinks all the way! Do they really pose a serious danger?


Answers:

My medical doctor recommended Splenda. My husband and I have been using it for years, without any problems.
