When your Allergic to a Food what does it taste like?!

Question:

When your Allergic to a Food what does it taste like?

Just wondering because im not allergic to anything

Answers:

Usually, the food tastes OK at first, but then your lips start to tingle or itch, and your tongue may start to swell up. Then you usually start to have trouble swallowing and breathing. From there, food allergies can manifest as anything from nausea and diarrhea to hives, asthma symptoms, and anaphylactic shock.

The only strange thing I've ever noticed with a food that I have problems with is an occasional "brassy" aftertaste. I'm not sure what causes that, and it doesn't always happen.
