Ingredients in foods to avoid?
Hey there!
I always look at the nutritional value on foods, and I was just wondering- what are some of the harmful but less commonly known ingredients that are often snuck into foods? I want to know what I should be staying away from. And I'm asking about anything in any general foods that you know of.

High-fructose corn syrup...because of the way it digests, it contributes to diabetes and raises your "bad" cholesterol, which increases your risk of heart disease. It also doesn't allow your brain to tell your no longer hungry, which leads to over-eating.
