How are Pringles made? Why are they so different than regular chips?!

Question:

How are Pringles made? Why are they so different than regular chips?

Answers:

Imagine THIS... A HUGE vat is FULL of thick, flavored mashed potatos...- which is then tightly PACKED into long steel tubes- & slowly squeezed out, sliced & quick dry cooked in a long narrow oven...-alittle salt is sprayed on the long "tubes of sliced potatos"- & into their cans they go, -as fresh made Pringles. (SO they're not REALLY potato "chips"-at all, -they're Mashed Potato Chips!!!).
