How would you turn in a restarant for serving expired products?
i have recently noticed a certain restarant serving expired products and nothing is being done the gm of the rest. is the one responsible for this the gm will not allow no food to be thrown away

Obviously, you have access to the offending kitchen. Document as much as you can and contact the gm's immediate superior. If that doesn't get something done, contact your local health department. Some things are fine for some time after the expiration date, like canned or bottled goods--if the seal hasn't been broken. Other items, like milk, mayonnaise or meat products can be downright dangerous.
