It was cooked in a glass baking pan with onions, I dont know what other seasonings but morethant likely just sason and adobo(2 spanish seasonins we put on almost everything and the meat was fresh maybe 2 days in the fridge) their is a power plant in belews creek nc but Im not sure if its nuclear(I think it is,lol) but thats like 20 miles away, it didnt taste funny it tasted normal, I only ate a ittle bit of it, I never seen this before, I was thinking maybe its something from the butcher that they use to find something in the meat or something.

and to be honest I could care less I just want to make sure I'm not going to grow a 3rd eye,lol

Answers:

What color?

Did your dad use some type of seasoning with chili peppers? Montreal steak seasoning?

I'm thinking chili peppers or some type of lemon seasoning let go some of it's natural coloring, hence the glowing effect.
