How many eggs would u use in a good quiche?!

Question:

How many eggs would u use in a good quiche?

Answers:

Anywhere from 4 to 6 or more, depending on the size of the quiche and the recipe you're using. The recipe I normally use calls for 6 large eggs.

Here's a website that gives you a ton of good quiche recipes -- everything from Quiche Lorraine to "Impossible Quiche."
