I need snack ideas for my daughter who is in Kindergarten...?!

Question:

I need snack ideas for my daughter who is in Kindergarten...?

Each day after school (3:45pm) the school has an EST program (extended school time) till 5pm. Anyway the teachers want us to send our kids with a snack. I cannot think of any!!

My daughter is allergic to all nuts. Plus since this snack has to sit in a backpack all day it has to be non-refridgerated. Any ideas??

Also any ideas for school time snacks and these can be refridgerated, they have one in the room.

I need easy snacks I work full-time and I am getting my degree online.

Answers:

My kid loved pudding - you can get premade cups that don't need refrigeration.

Carrots or celery and small packets of dip (like fast food places).

Pretzels, goldfish or other small crackers. Or those "crackers and cheez" packets.

An apple, or a single serve applesauce.

Graham crackers

If you put a juice box in the freezer the night before, it can be used to keep stuff cool the next day.
