Answers:
watermelon has carbs, because it has sugar. All fruit has natural sugars in it. Watermelon and citrus fruits have less sugar than other fruits have, but they still have sugar. That being said, fruits are still excellent for you- loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Personally, I'm not buying the carb myth. It's not carbs that make you fat, it's eating too much (fat, carbs, protein and all).
I think that if you eat a lot of fruit a vegetables, you will be healthy, and that if you eat more than you burn, you will gain weight.
