Your favorite pack-lunch recipes?
I am trying to make an effort to pack a healthy, filling lunch everyday and I want to know what you guys like for lunch at school.
I have thought about wraps, spring rolls, and crunchy carrots/apples to clean my teeth after. Do you think fish-free sushi would last okay until noon?
I don't like things that get soggy or get soaked into bread, etc. Or things that require a lot of packaging (ie, trash). I don't mind spending time creating the lunch the day before.

fish free sushi would keep until noon, but you should be including protein in your lunches... also at breakfast
