If you drink water on an empty stomach will u fell even more hungry?


Answers:

no you will not ..... as a matter of fact your hunger subsides for sometime.... if you ve been very hungry then you might possibly feel your stomach makin twists....but it sure does reduce your hunger for atleast half an hour................
