What is "cheese food"?


Answers:

According to US FDA Standards anything that is not 100 % real cheese is either a cheese food or a cheese product.

A real shocker for me was looking at the ingreadiants for Kraft American Cheese slices. Growing up in the 70's it was real cheese. Now it's a "cheese product".
