a Greasy Mayonnaise side salad approx 1500 cals
fair enough;
I pull out a two finger bar of Kit-Kat 114cals and everyone starts going 'oooh thats bad for you, what happened to your diet' etc...?
I just Don't get it? ....Do you?

They just jealous they didn't think of it first. These are probably the same people who go into a chipshop and order Fish & Chips and a can of DIET coke!!
