No. you haven't over eaten so far. I also would say skip the cereal bar, some are loaded with calories and have either the biscuit or the toast, not both and use a low calorie spread. Try a more fibre high cereal, no coco pops, but honey nut Cheerios are great. Go light at dinner maybe just some fish or chicken with a salad.
