Can a person buy potassium chloride salt at ordinary grocery stores?!

Question:

Can a person buy potassium chloride salt at ordinary grocery stores?

When my potassium level was low, I was told to use potassium chloride salt instead of sodium chloride. However, I have never seen it at a grocery store or anywhere else. (I live in the midwest a long distance from any big cities. In other words, I can shop at only common grocery store chains.)
=)

Answers:

Potassium Chloride tablets you have to get a prescription for and get at a pharmacy. The salt substitutes No Salt, Lite Salt and Salt Substitute you can get in super markets have potassium chloride in it. Better yet try eating a banana a day. They are loaded with potassium as are apples, apricots, berries, cherries, papaya, oranges, and alot of veggies, milk and beans..
