What kind of apples are the green apples that are soft & sweet, but not the sour Granny Smith ones?

& what about the yellow apples?


Answers:

Golden delicious and Ginger gold are greenish to gold in colour sweet and crisp.

Pink ladys are my favourite, but they are pinkish in colour, very sweet and crisp.
