I want to become a cheff and, well whats involved as far as school?

Its a full time 14 hour a day gig and you will not get a minute of peace. And, I loved every minute of it. Great career choice. The pay is good and you will never go hungry. I dont know where you live, but you need to look for a Culinary School in your area. Many schools have financing or grants....you would be surprised at how easy it is to get into this field.
