What's the best thing to eat before a test?
I'm a high school student in AP courses, so trust me, I need to do well and be alert and able to concentrate. Thanks =]

Lean proteins and fruit, smaller amount of carbs--- Stay away from heavy carbs they can make you feel tired. Absolutly avoid junk food the last thing you need is a food coma and sugars are a disaster you don't need to crash off a sugar high mid test. If it's middle of the day and you need a pick me up snack try mixed nuts, again fruits are good, string cheese and lean lunch meats are all good options. Good luck:)!
