What is the foam/bubbles in milk called?!


Question:

What is the foam/bubbles in milk called?

When we boil milk, there are these tiny bubbles that look like foam that form on top. Can some one please tell me the correct term for this part of the milk?

It's the air being evaporated from the boiling.
It is called froth.
