Are pancakes, waffles, & French toast considered unhealthy?!

Question:

Are pancakes, waffles, & French toast considered unhealthy?

Also, is it true that Campbell's Chunky canned soup is unhealthy because of its sodium content?

Answers:

The soup, pancakes and waffles are not the best stuff. However, the way I make french toast is pretty healthy. If you use Ezekial bread (you buy it at a health food store, in the freezer section), and just dip it in egg, and cook it in a teflon pan and don't put too much junk on it, it is good for you. The best thing to put on it is real butter and real maple syrup. As long as you want to be healthy, put fruit on it and it will be healthier. It is good once a week or so. I would say that french toast my way is fine. You get a star! I had to search quite a ways tonight to find an intelligent question to answer!
