How can you tell when fish has gone bad and is not good to eat?!

Question:

How can you tell when fish has gone bad and is not good to eat?

Catfish?

Answers:

First thing is the odor -- fresh fish should have a very subtle smell or no smell at all. Spoiled fish will have a very strong, not so pleasant odor.

Look -- when fish starts to spoil, it can get a look that is somewhat glossy or slimy. I If the eyes are still on the fish, they should be clear as well.

If you purchase fresh fish, it should be cooked that day or the next day at the latest.
