Should you keep eggs in the fridge?

I live in Korea and nobody refridges eggs. They taste funky. Is it a health risk???


Answers:

Yes eggs should be refrigerated.
My son did his science project on the deterioration of eggs refrigerated vs. unrefrigerated. The egg that was not refrigerated deteriorated 10 times faster than the egg that was properly stored. It was pretty incredible.
