If I decide to become vegetarian, what can I eat for protein?

keep in mind I AM ALERGIC TO
peanut butter AND nuts AND fish


Answers:

Although nuts are a good source of protien..there are better ones so dont worry about that. Fish is not part of a vegetarian lifestyle anyway. Vegetarians do not eat dead animals.

Whole grain products, beans, peas, soy are all great sources but almost everything has protein...even veggies. You actually dont need as much as you think you do.
