Does cheese have vitamins - or is it just so good because it's cheesy?!

Question:

Does cheese have vitamins - or is it just so good because it's cheesy?

Answers:

The good news is both!

In addition to all the cheesy goodness cheese offers, (in moderation) it is good for you; here's a link to nutritional info for some major varieties: http://www.diet-data.com/dairy_and_egg/c...

It is hard to beat cheese on melty deliciousness. It is a stand out by itself or accompanying other foods; a friend to wine, and a compliment to fruit. Without cheese, some foods just would never be the same; pity the poor, hapless cheesebuger without cheese. It is hard to beat the sublime, tasty simplicity of the good old grilled cheese sandwich.

Viva cheese!
