Is my meat safe to eat?It has a sell by date of 8/29/07?

It's been in the freezer since I bought it.It looks ok.Seriously,I don't want to get sick.


Answers:

Thaw it out, and the stick your nose in very close to it and smell it. You'll know immediately if it's rancid..

It's probably fine, it's been frozen.
