The cheese will no longer come out. The cheese is inside a bag, which is inside the can. When you tilt the top, the cheese comes out because there is compressed air in the can squeezing the cheese. Think of a tube of toothpaste, when you press on it, the toothpaste comes out. but if the cap is on, the nothing can get out. The air in the can is like your hands squeezing the toothpaste tube. If you pull out the little plug, all the air will escape and there won't be enough pressure left to force the cheese out.
