If i have my normal amount of calories and then drink about three cups of prune juice a day will it help delete the stuff I ate and get rid of it, or will i just gain weight? and if so is it same if i added prunes with out counting the calories too.

The best advice I can give is to watch your caloric intake and exercise. Generally eat three small meals a day and two small snacks. DON'T skip meals whatever you do because it really screws up your metabolism. Prunes are healthy and all but I don't think I've heard of them contributing to weight loss. It's ok to eat a candy bar now and then but the key is moderation. Hope this helps!!!!!!
