What is the best meat to bar-b-que (BBQ)?!

What is the best meat to bar-b-que (BBQ)?

Two friends of mine visited me in Houston,Tx. Neither of them knew anything of BBQ'd brisket. I was always a fan of ribs, but they loved brisket so much they bought plenty to take home with them. So I wonder is brisket really better than ribs or is it just people do not know much about Texas BBQ.

depends on a person's taste...some like steak more than both...so what do you like is the question you should ask
