Why does milk work so well with cookies?!


Question:

Why does milk work so well with cookies?

Seriously? Why is it that milk works with cookies in the first place? The dynamic duo, Milk and cookies, cookies and milk, its famous, I just want to know why they work together.


Answers:

I think its because as little kids we were given milk and cookies and as we grow it remains comfort food. I find it difficult to eat either oreos or choc chip cookies without milk but I have. Now I drink herbal tea and stay away from cookies. I'm 65 yrs old.
