What are hot cheetos?
I hear people talking about hot cheetos all the time, like in Made as an example. I just wanted to know what exactly they are. like are they cheetos heated up in the microwave or are they like fried? Or are they a Cheetos brand

They're a brand of Cheetos. They're chips, but with a spicy flavoring.
It doesn't need to be microwaved or baked. You eat it like you would with any kind of chip.
