Spring rolls?

Is there anything wrong with eating spring rolls out of he package (i.e. not cooked in any way). My mother says that there's just something not right about it.. but its just veggies right? What do you think?

Are the wrappers cooked? If so, and you don't mind cold spring rolls, go for it.
