How long does it take grape juice to go sour?!

Question:

How long does it take grape juice to go sour?

I made grape juice a few days ago and didn't put it in the fridge, I drank some tonight and it tasted funny. How long does it take for grape juice to go sour if it's not in the fridge?

Answers:

Grape Juice can begin to sour in a couple of days if the product is opened and left unrefrigerated. I would therefore recommend refrigeration after opening and consumption within two weeks time. If you made it at home, probably no more than four hours would be safe.
