What does a Bagel taste like?

Are they fattening?

alright.. a bagel.. is a piece of dough that has been rolled out into a snake shape, then, it's pinched together, to form the "O"... after that, it's boiled, to retain moisture.. and once almost done, it's put into a brick oven... where it finishes baking...

i like them.. i live here in Wyoming (USA) and have lived all over the states, bagels, can be so different, and incredibly unique, some have berries, some cheese, some raisins, some with interesting spices, truth to be told, i get mine from 1st street bakery here in Casper, Wyoming, and the one that i have liked the most, is a jalapeno bagel, with cheese within the dough.. and a bit of Cheddar sprinkled over the top, and then baked.. also, i like to have salsa cream cheese with it..

that, darling.. is a wonderful bagel..


they are high in carbs.. because they are a more concentrated dough...
but really...
think about it..
if you're going to enjoy food, how can you enjoy something that you're worried about it..
