HOVIS CRUSTLESS BREAD...How come........?!

Question:

HOVIS CRUSTLESS BREAD...How come........?

A normal Hovis Square Cut Sliced White Loaf costs £1.04 from most of the big supermarkets BUT the 'new' Hovis Crustless Square Cut Sliced Loaf (or invisable crust as they call it) costs £.12. an extra 8p for what. Is this yet another gimmick we are paying for?
