How long can you freeze red meats for ?!


Question:

How long can you freeze red meats for ?

i bought some pot roast in july and it has been frozen ever since..and i wanted to use it today ..would it still be good>?


Answers:

Up to six months is suggested as the limit.
As long as it's sealed & not freezer burned.
I've personally gone longer, & cooked well.
