Which choices should I drink to get hydrated after gym?!


Question:

Which choices should I drink to get hydrated after gym?

I thought of these three choices:
-Water
-Gatorade
-Glaceau Vitamin Water


Answers:

Vitamin water is good, just watch the sugar content. Gatorade is good for replenishing electrolytes but high in sugar. Good old fashion water is my drink of choice.
