Where can I get skyr in the USA?!

Question:

Where can I get skyr in the USA?

Skyr is an Icelandic cultured dairy product, a type of fresh cheese that has been strained, not unlike Greek yoghurt. When I was there I used to eat it for breakfast, but I cannot find it in any grocery stores over here. Even looked in health food shops?

Any ideas?

Answers:

I would say in Minnesota or Wisconsin somewhere. Many Icelandic and Norwegian people migrated to that part of the country, you bet-cha they did! I know they sell Ludifisk and that's a specialty of Icelandic and Norwegian people.
