Which is more fattening...?

Which is more fattening? Chocolate cake or whipped cream?


Answers:

I would say the chocolate cake since it has refined sugar and white flour.

I eat cream and have no problems wtih it. I've keep my weight off for almost 6 years now, just avoid processed junk (white flour, sugar, yes all the cheap stuff....eat real food and you will be fine.
