How Bad are RockStar Energy Drinks for you??!

How Bad are RockStar Energy Drinks for you??

I drink like 2 or 3 of them a day & people are always saying 'Do you know how bad that is for you". So OK I must not know how bad it is b/c I still drink them all day long. Is it any worse than drinking a lot of Pop??

It seems that while some studies have said caffeine is good for your heart this new study says depending on your genes of caffeine is actually bad for your heart. Who is right or does it depend on your genetics? or is a little bit good but excess (4+ cups of coffee) bad?
