Carolina Barbecue?!


Question:

Carolina Barbecue?

So I have to ask, is it an acquired taste? Are you born liking it? Do you like another kind and then suddenly get turned on to it? I'm not dissing on Carolina BBQ, it's just that I don't care for it very much myself. I am more of a Texas Style (Mainly because that is what we have up here in the Northwest).

Your thoughts?


Answers:

I like plain regular Texas BBQ without the hot peppers.
I like it better made from scratch (the sauce) and the spare ribs, or meat on the spit fire crank to be beef!
