What are some good finger foods to have around the campfire?

My husband's birthday is Saturday and we are having a weenie roast for him. Any ideas??

salami
cheese sticks
crackers
green olives
grapes
chips
trail mix
smore's stuff
sandwich stuff
roll ups: toritlla's with cream cheese, ham and green onions all rolled up and sliced
donuts
hot dog stuff
hamburger stuff
macaroni salad
deviled eggs graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate for smores of course :) hot dogs, beenie weenies!! Pork N Beans out of the can are a good one, and you gotta have S'mores Hot Dogs

Trail Mix

Veggies and dip Anything you can put on a stick, marshmallows, hot dogs, etc. SAUSAGE CAKES FOR CAMPING

1 egg
1 lb. ground sausage
1 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

NOTE: You can prepare the patties at home before you go camping. Beat egg slightly. Mix together sausage, onion, parsley, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and beaten egg. Shape into 4 patties. Transport in a covered square container put in a cooler with ice.
AT THE CAMPSITE: Prepare 20 charcoal briquettes until they are white hot. Place patties on a hot griddle or skillet. Brown on both sides. Continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Makes 4 servings.

Also when not camping: These sausage patties can be baked at home in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Place on a wire rack in a shallow pan to drain the fat while baking.

AMERICAN FRIED POTATOES FOR CAMPING

6 uncooked med. potatoes
1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Prepare 20 charcoal briquettes until they are white hot.
Slice or cube potatoes. Add onions. Heat oil in skillet. Add potatoes and onions and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Turn potatoes and onions frequently until they are well browned. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.

CAMP FIRE BEANS

6 slices bacon
1 can tomatoes
1 can French style green beans, drained
Salt to taste

Fry bacon and remove from pan but leave drippings. Add chopped can tomatoes and drained green beans and salt and cook about 15 to 30 minutes. Crumble bacon in and cook with the other ingredients or can be added just before serving.

CAMP TRAIL BROWNIES

1 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa + 1 tbsp. oil
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (optional)

Melt butter and mix with sugar and chocolate mixture. Beat in eggs. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares. chips popcorn marshmellows smores hot dogs
