i was surprised to find crunchy hempseeds in my tesco jar of food doctor seed mix.
this got me thinking what other stuff can i buy a lot cheaper in a pet shop, rather than fork out £3.00 for a small jar at tesco.
i dont really want any nut suggestions..just seed...though i'm not quite sure what the distinction is myself!

the list goes on and on ..... the liquid seeds of life WTF??? All seeds are edible without roasting... eat watermelon seeds.....NUTS especially cause nuts are seeds. Go to a health food store before the supermarket, both take the mick price wise but supermarkets REALLY do. I'd avoid the gerbil food just in case. okay all the ovios things you said are roasted somthing not rosted would be like the seeds in grapes tomatoes and like green beans i gues you could say i dont ecactl know whaat you asking but i named a few un roasted foods with seeds you can eat also bananas or okra and at the pet store somthing u can eat you lost me there it is all edable but would you want to eat it Poppy seeds.
