On a hot day, there’s nothing better than a cold cup of … coffee? Add the words “flavored” and “iced” and the concept is much more palatable. Check out three iced coffee recipes from www.greenmountaincoffee.com that will knock your flip-flops off!
Nutty Rainforest Freeze
* 1 cup (6 oz.) Fair Trade Rain Forest Nut coffee (brewed strong)
* 2 tbsp. heavy cream (or half & half, or…)
* 2 tsp. Sugar (or 2 packets Splenda)
Use basic technique: brew fresh coffee, add sweetener to hot coffee. Fill shaker with ice, add dairy over ice. Add coffee, shake, strain and serve in chilled glass. Garnish with a sweet strawberry, split and hung on the rim of the glass.
Blueberry Rhapsody
* 1 cup (6 oz.) Wild Mountain Blueberry coffee (brewed strong)
* 2 tbsp. heavy cream (or half & half, or…)
* 2 tsp. Sugar (or 2 packets Splenda)
Uses basic technique. Garnish with fresh blueberries, of course!
Pecan Praline Dream
* 1 cup (6 oz.) Southern Pecan coffee (brewed strong)
* 2 tbsp. heavy cream (or half & half, or…)
* 2 tsp. Sugar (or 2 packets Splenda)
* 1 tsp. Coffee Caramel Sauce
Use basic technique. Then swirl caramel sauce into chilled martini glass before adding strained iced coffee mix… Want a Southern Turtle? Swirl caramel and chocolate sauces in the glass!

I love this stuff you buy from Costco called Frappe Freeze, you make it hot or cold but I mix it with skim milk and lots of ice and have the best frappucino ever! Yum yum. I'm a traditionalist when it comes to coffee. Esspresso shots (2), and a little flavored creamer. Straight black if I have good beans. (shamefully) dunkin' donuts w/cream & sugar. At home, Folgers Mountain Roast. Rich hearty flavor. CAPPUCCINO

;D Ah, my favorite thing! One coffee house in my town uses Illy's Italian coffee. It is very expensive but so wonderful. It is like the best coffee you ever tasted--only more so.
Once a year I treat myself to a small can of Illy. $14 for 8 oz.
Most of the time I drink Trader Joe's Bay Blend.
I drink coffee straight. Am a purist about the good things. FOLDGERS. I LOVE THE BLUEBERRY CREAMER,MOST OFTEN I HAVE THE PLAIN CREAM WITH SOME SUGAR Cubita, when my friend brought this back from Cuba I fell in Love - I drink it at home and I even brought a pack of it to work w/me - straight black fresh from the pot Cubita Not a coffee drinker - I like tea....a nice black and orange pekoe mix is very nice. At home I just want Non flavored coffee during the day but sometimes in the evening I'll relax with a flavored coffee!! Folgers medium roast from the Signature collection. I add french vanilla creamer but my husband drinks it straight. I love our coffee in the morning. It's a great way to start our day.
Sandy :O) Irish-Coffee UUMMM !!! My favorite coffee is ice-coffee from Dunkin Donuts. When i make it at home I love the French Roast by Folgers. Not a big fan of the flavor versions but my hubby only drinks french vanilla coffee. I`m not supposed to drink coffee but I do. and It`s got to be Italian cappacino `cos it`s sooo nice with choc on top an` frothy with the creamy taste and did I mention the choc on top oh yes I think I`ll just have another one if I don`t mind as I often doooo!!! I drink regular Folgers Classic Roast, but what I love on occassion when the budget allows, don't laugh my budget is tight LOL, Starbucks House Blend, the one you can get at the store. mixed in for a nightcap. I am an avid coffee, drinker of instant Sanka, Coffee, I do not like any Coffee if it is not my own. Nescafe Gold : ) ANY KIND! Coffee is like water to me. I have a two and a half year old and coffee is quite essential for me. Trying to keep up with her and all.

Would you believe I've almost like tasted every brand of coffee here in my place? I'm kind of creative at times even in coffee mixes. One example: I'd take a "Maxwell House" less sweet 3-in-1 and mix it up with sugarfree soya milk. Tastes great (at least to me)! At the office I prefer "Bencafe-Brazil" as it's creamier and less strong. When out with friends, I'd have a cup of "Starbucks" which is richer in taste.
