Because of Gordon Ramsey, has anyone else here.....?

tried risotto, scallops and wellington for the first time?


Answers: Guilty as charged :) I love risotto, it can be made so many different ways and is sooo easy to make. I don't eat scallops (they feel like eyeballs in my mouth). Wellington is excellent if it's made properly. It has to be cooked to more than medium.
